• The application form can be downloaded from the website of Abbottabad University of Science & Technology (www.aust.edu.pk) or can be obtained from the Registrar’s Office of the University.
• Only the prescribed application form will be accepted.
• No column of the application form should be left blank particularly equivalent percentage marks/CGPA, contact numbers (both landline and mobile), and postal and email addresses.
• A bank draft (non-refundable) in favor of Treasurer, Abbottabad University of Science & Technology of Rs. 8000/- for the post of Professor and Rs 6000/- for the post of Associate Professor should be deposited.
• Original receipt of a bank draft (and one photocopy of the same) with attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees, Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC, research papers, and two recent passport-size photographs must be attached to the Application Form.
• Candidate must submit four complete copies of the application form/dossier and one soft copy of the same completed in all respect.
• The name of the post applied for must clearly be mentioned on the envelope.
• Incomplete forms in any respect will not be entertained and no document (qualification/experience/publications etc) will be accepted/requested/counted after the due date even in the appellate phase.

Term & Conditions:

1. Candidates applying for both BPS & TTS positions must apply separately.
2. All eligible candidates will also be liable to pay an amount (non-refundable) of Rs. 3000/- for BPS and $150/-for TTS as an evaluation fee for evaluation/TRP of dossier/research papers within one week after communicating through email.
3. Experience/qualification etc gained after the last date of submission shall not be considered.
4. The candidates having Foreign Degrees/Certificates will provide Equivalency Certificates from HEC/IBCC Islamabad before the closing date.
5. University reserves the right not to fill any position, withhold the appointment against any advertised position, or accept/reject any application.
6. The candidates serving in Government, Semi Government, and Autonomous Bodies should apply through the proper channels.
7. The selected candidates will be governed by the Rules/Regulations/Statutes of Abbottabad University of Science & Technology as amended from time to time.
8. Those who applied for any of the above posts against the advertisement dated May 13, 2019, need not apply again (candidates are only required to submit fresh documents (qualification/experience/publications, etc) for reconsideration of their application on or before the closing date).
9. All applications (and data therein) are treated as confidential documents and will be shredded one year after an appointment is made.
10. The decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases.
11. No TA/DA shall be admissible during the interview.
